We employ 44 permanent staffs, eleven of whom work in Wenchi, four in Bishoftu/Addis and twenty-nine on the main farm in Hidi.

In addition, eight recently graduated agronomists are participating in a five-months internship on the introduction of new varieties (marketing) and the training of waregrowers on the potato production starting from greenhouse-tubers (ENSP-project).
